Data Deletion Instructions
Users may request deletion of information associated with an account connected to the Ślad Pieniądza publishing application.
1. Revoke access through the platform
You may first revoke the application's access from the security, permissions or connected applications section of your social media account. This prevents future access through the revoked authorization.
2. Send a deletion request
Send an email to stationnordmusic@gmail.com with the subject:
Please include:
- the name of the connected social media platform;
- the username or account identifier;
- a brief description of the data you want deleted;
- information reasonably necessary to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
3. What will be deleted
Subject to applicable legal and security requirements, we will remove stored authorization tokens and other information associated with the connected account that is no longer required to operate the service.
4. Response time
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period. We may ask for additional information when necessary to verify authorization and protect the account against fraudulent deletion requests.
5. Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
