These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Ślad Pieniądza website and internal social media publishing application.

1. Purpose of the service

Ślad Pieniądza operates an independent digital media studio and an internal application used to support content preparation and publication for authorized social media accounts managed by the studio.

2. Authorized use

The application may be used only by persons authorized by Ślad Pieniądza and only in connection with social media accounts that the studio owns or has permission to manage.

3. Account authorization

A user must have the legal right and necessary permissions to connect a social media account. Users must not attempt to access or publish to accounts they do not own or are not authorized to manage.

4. Content responsibility

Authorized users remain responsible for the content they upload, prepare or publish through the application. Content must comply with applicable laws, intellectual property rights and the rules of connected platforms.

5. Prohibited activities

Users must not use the application to:

• access an account without authorization;
• publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• circumvent platform restrictions or technical safeguards;
• use the application in violation of third-party platform rules.

6. Third-party platforms

Social media platforms are independent services. Their availability, API functionality and account rules are controlled by their respective operators. Use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

7. Availability and modifications

The application may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons. Features may also change as a result of third-party API updates.

8. No guarantee

The service is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep it secure and operational, uninterrupted availability or successful publication cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ślad Pieniądza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from interruptions, third-party platform decisions, account restrictions or unauthorized use.

10. Termination and access revocation

Access may be suspended or revoked when a user violates these Terms, loses authorization to manage an account or creates a security risk.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated when the application, platform requirements or applicable laws change. The latest version will be published on this page.
